From 01.01.2024, the city of Münster has decided to introduce an accommodation tax for business travelers. The tax is 4.5% of the accommodation price.

What does the overnight stay for children cost?

For children aged 0-3 years we offer a cot at a price of €10.00 per night and bed. For children older than 4 years we provide the booking of an extra bed at a price of €40,00 per extra bed and night (not bookable in the comfort rooms).

How many rooms can I book as a group?

Are you travelling in a group? For reservations of seven rooms or more, please send us an e-mail to reservierung(at)factoryhotel.de. 

How can I change my booking?

You can make all changes yourself directly via our booking page using your reservation number and e-mail address. If you do need help, please call us on 0251- 41880.

Where can I find the cancellation conditions for my booking?

We inform you directly in the booking process which cancellation conditions are valid for the respective prices. Once your booking has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation, on which all the information is listed again.

Where can I park and how much does a parking space cost? Can parking spaces be reserved?

You can park in the hotel's own underground car park. The daily rate is €12.50. Parking spaces cannot be reserved.

When can I check in?

From 4 pm on the day of arrival.

The room is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival. Should you arrive earlier, there are two possibilities:

1. we will check on site whether we can provide you with a room before 4 pm, if necessary. However, this depends on availability at the time and cannot be guaranteed. 

2. you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge in our luggage area, wait until the regular check-in time or enjoy a delicious coffee in our DADI Brasserie in the meantime.

When is the reception staffed?

Reception is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Until when do I have to check out on the day of departure? How can I book a late check out?

Until 12 pm. A Late Check Out until 4 pm can only be booked on a Sunday subject to availability. For the late check out we charge a surcharge of €30,00 on the room rate you booked.

How can I pay? Will my credit card be charged automatically? Do I always need a credit card to book?

For bookings via our homepage, the credit card is a mandatory field.

Book our Flexible Price for flexibility up to 6 pm on the day of arrival. You can simply cancel your booking free of charge up to 6 pm on the day of arrival should your plans change. In addition, you do not pay for the room in advance, but only when you arrive on site. In times of high travel uncertainty, this rate is our recommendation.

If you have a fixed travel period in mind early on, our Early-Bird-Price and Promotion-Price offer you the best tariff. Please note that you are not entitled to a refund in the event of a cancellation and, in addition, full prepayment by credit card is mandatory at the time of booking. We recommend this rate if your trip is firmly scheduled.

Are dogs allowed in the room?

Dogs are only allowed in our standard rooms and will be charged 20,00 € per day/dog.

What is the cost of breakfast? What are the breakfast times?

Breakfast takes place from Monday to Friday from 7 am to 10 am, on Saturday from 7 am to 11 am and on Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm in our Seaside breakfast restaurant. Participation in the breakfast buffet costs €19.00/day.

Can I come to breakfast as a non-hotel guest?

Participation as a non-hotel guest in the breakfast at Seaside is possible depending on availability on the day in question. Please contact our team at the reception for a possible booking.

Our Brasserie Dadi also offers baked goods and coffee drinks. Groups of 4 people or more must also book here.

Is my room air-conditioned?

All rooms at the Factory Hotel Münster are air-conditioned.

Is the Factory Hotel a non-smoking hotel?

The Factory Hotel Münster is a non-smoking hotel, smoking in the rooms is not permitted.
