New Year's Eve at Factory Hotel

Celebrate the turn of the year at La Tapia with a Spanish 4-course menu in two variations.

MEAT:

Start the evening with a refreshing aperitif, the "Agua de Valencia" - a sparkling blend of gin, orange juice and cava. Enjoy crusty bread with two tempting dips to accompany it. Continue with a flavorful journey: Tender eggplant harmonizes perfectly with goat cheese and honey, followed by a delicate parfait. Then embark on a culinary voyage of discovery with pulpo and potatoes, refined with lime flavors. You will reach the highlight with a filete de flanco, accompanied by chickpea cakes and the subtle flavor of piment d'Espelette. Finally, we round out your dinner with a sweet note: Lemon tart, crema catalana and orange ice cream will indulge your senses.

Of course, we also offer a tempting vegan version of our New Year's Eve menu. Start with a tempting duo of bread and two delicious dips. Enjoy a confit eggplant with almond cream and olives, a harmonious combination of textures and flavors. Refresh your palate with gazpacho enhanced with roasted cashews. Taste our sweet potato gnocchi, accompanied by chickpeas and a touch of red cabbage and orange. Finish your festive meal with a sweet finale: lemon tart, orange sorbet and ganache.

On New Year's Eve, DADI Brasserie tempts you with two different 3-course menus with embedded exquisite fondue from the cocotte. Choose from a cheese fondue or the classic fondue chinoise.

For starters, both fondues feature fresh lamb's lettuce with spicy potato dressing to Bayonne ham and papaya chutney. The first course is followed by either the cheese fondue with potatoes, pickled truffle, a variety of breads, cherry brandy and more, or the fondue chinoise with hearty beef broth served with beef tenderloin strips, shrimp, Kikok chicken, vegetables, delicious dips and more. After the fondue main course, don't miss a sweet pistachio lime slice with Swiss grappa. Starting at 10 p.m., there will be live music at DADI to which guests of the two other New Year's Eve events are also invited. At midnight, the big New Year's Eve fireworks at the Germania Campus will lure you outside.
